Inside
Inside the darkness,
I found my strength,
the power I lost as a child
while wandering through the light.
In the depths of the abyss
I healed. The moon showed
me what the sun blinded.
And now I’m strong,
with darkness inside.
Release
Your surrender I never asked for
nor questioned. I only wanted
more time locked inside your tomb,
silence to envelope
two hearts fighting for
freedom. I dared
your eyes to
release
me.
